Varsity 1st place finish at the Niles West Early Bird Invite Saturday!
This Week:
Tuesday 9/6:
PM practice at Stagg 5:45pm -8:00 pm; yellow bus will leave at 5:15 pm from W-8 and will return by 8:15 pm.
For those staying after school, a study area will be sectioned off in cafeteria grill area for swim team use only prior to bus pickup.
Please have your suits on before you arrive at Stagg so we can begin practice as soon as possible.
Wednesday 9/7:
Varsity AM Weights 6:30-7:45 am;
Team Warmup Jackets will be distributed Wednesday after school in the pool area; please come by to receive your jacket, which you will return at the end of the season.
Triangular Meet at Stagg; start time 5:00 pm; diving is the first event. Bus will pick up at 3:45 pm and return to Sandburg when meet is over. Stop by pool after school to pick up team warm up jacket before boarding bus if haven't already. Parents, enter through S-3 in the back of the school for the pool entrance.
Meet Lineup will be shared Tuesday afternoon.
Thursday 9/8:
Practice at Stagg - 5:45pm-7:30 pm. Bus will leave at 5:15 pm and return at 7:45 pm.
Friday 9/9:
Varsity AM Weights 6:00-7:00 am;
Practice at SANDBURG!!!!!
JV (Coach Bill) - 3:20 - 5:00pm
JV (Coach Niemeier) and Varsity - 3:20 -5:45 pm
Saturday 9/10:
Varsity Invite at LWC 11:30 am start; Lineup will be shared by Wednesday. Bus leaves 9:45 am. Details forthcoming.
Sunday 9/11:
Jane's Warriors 5k!! Please arrive no later than 8am! We need all swimmers and divers to sign up as soon as possible. If you have a prior engagement on that day, please communicate that with me (if you haven't already). Race begins at 8:30 am. Breakfast immediately following at swimmer Hannah Pautsch's home at 15740 Heatherglen Dr. Please bring a dish or breakfast side or a $5 donation. All team members are invited! Looking forward to this team event!

2) We have 8 days left for our fundraiser! Send your emails if you haven’t already and thank you so much for all of your efforts so far!! Team merchandise shop from The Locker Room will be opening this week online. Fundraising incentive reminders: Athletes who raise $100 -$249 - receive T-shirt of their choice from shop $250-$399 - T-shirt and 1 other item from shop $400 plus - T-shirt and 2 other items from shop
3) 5k signup is on website!! Pautsch Home for breakfast afterwards 15740 Heatherglen Dr Walking Directions -Go underneath the railroad tracks and follow the sidewalk towards Centennial Park West. Take Park Station Blvd down to Heatherglen. Go right and head to the houses.
